Return and Exchange Terms

1.Return Period:

You can return products within 14 days, provided that they are unused and in their original packaging.

Your exchange requests are processed depending on the stock availability of the product.

2.Products with Removed Tags:

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products whose tags have been removed, worn, washed, or whose original condition has been altered.

3.Hygiene and Personal Items:

Due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted for items such as underwear, swimsuits, and bikinis.

Faulty products are eligible for return or exchange.

4.Defective or Incorrect Products:

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must inform us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. In such cases, the shipping cost will be covered by us.

5.Exchange Process:

If the item requested for exchange is not in stock, a gift voucher may be issued to you instead.
