RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Return and Exchange Terms

           1.Return Period:

• You can return products within 14 days, provided that they are unused and in their original packaging.
• Your exchange requests are processed depending on the stock availability of the product.
  
  2.Products with Removed Tags:

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products whose tags have been removed, worn, washed, or whose original condition has been altered.
  
  3.Hygiene and Personal Items:

• Due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted for items such as underwear, swimsuits, and bikinis.
• Faulty products are eligible for return or exchange.
  
  4.Defective or Incorrect Products:

• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must inform us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. In such cases, the shipping cost will be covered by us.
  
  5.Exchange Process:

• If the item requested for exchange is not in stock, a gift voucher may be issued to you instead.
