Which shipping company do you work with?
Your orders are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo.
When will my order be shipped?
Under normal conditions, delivery time is 2 (two) business days within Istanbul and a maximum of 4 business days outside Istanbul. Orders placed on official holidays will be handed over to the shipping company after the holiday. Orders paid by credit card before 14:30 will be shipped on the same day, while orders placed after 14:30 will be shipped on the next business day.
When will my weekend and holiday orders be shipped?
Orders placed during the weekend and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
How can I track my order?
You can view all your orders and their shipping status from the "My Orders" page.
Will I pay for shipping costs?
For orders below 1500 TL, shipping costs are borne by the customer. For orders of 1500 TL or more, shipping costs are covered by Luokk.
Will I pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are covered by our company. You can return the product free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo using the customer code 412487469.
I want to change the delivery address of my order, how can I do that?
Once an order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed. If you are at an incorrect, incomplete, or different address, you must cancel your current order and place a new one.
You can update your delivery address in the "Address Book" section under "Account Settings" or define a new address by selecting the "Add New Address" button during checkout.
